野生動物保護(hù)組織,中國野生動物保護(hù)協(xié)會的介紹
中國野生動物保護(hù)協(xié)會(CWCA)是一個具有廣泛代表性的野生動物保護(hù)組織，于1983年12月在北京成立，是中國科協(xié)所屬全國性社會團(tuán)體，常設(shè)辦事機構(gòu)為秘書處，行政上受國家林業(yè)局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)野生動物保護(hù)組織。到2010年底，中國已擁有省、地、市、縣級協(xié)會773個，擁有會員36萬多人，它是由野生動物保護(hù)管理、科研教育、馴養(yǎng)繁殖、自然保護(hù)區(qū)工作者和廣大野生動物愛好者組成的群眾團(tuán)體，其宗旨是推動中國野生動物保護(hù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展，為保護(hù)、拯救瀕危、珍稀動物作出貢 獻(xiàn)。其主要任務(wù)是：組織會員貫徹國家保護(hù)野生動物的方針、法令，開展拯救和保護(hù)珍稀野生動物的宣傳教育，開展保護(hù)野生動物的科學(xué)研究、學(xué) 術(shù)交流，提供經(jīng)營管理野生動物資源的技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)咨詢，籌募保護(hù)野生動物的資金，同各國自然保護(hù)組織和機構(gòu)建立聯(lián)系，參與有關(guān)國際合作與交流。

IFAW
International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) is committed to worldwide by reducing commercial exploitation and trade of wild animals, protect habitat and help in crisis and suffering in animals to improve the welfare of wild and companion animals. IFAW actively seeking ways to solicit public participation, to stop the cruel abuse of animals, people and government institutions to promote the harmonious coexistence of animal welfare and animal protection policies.
