New in Beauty: July 2017

I love buying new products, which is terrible since I own so many things already. But I just love opening up a new box and using something for the first time. I recently did a huge re-organization of all my beauty products and found so many new goodies I haven’t used yet. That combined with a Sephora haul I did in May for my birthday, means I have quite a few products to sample this month.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush, Paaarty In May, I opted for the Tarte birthday gift from Sephora instead of the Caudalie skincare set since I really like Tarte products. I actually have about 6 of the mini blushes, but this is was Sephora exclusive color, so I had to have it. Their blushes are great because they have wonderful color payoff, last a long time, and I never find they cling to dry spots. This is a pretty subtle color that adds a nice peach flush of color.

Makeup Revolution Ultra Bronze Makeup Revolution is a brand I really like- their products are so affordable and often dupes for more expensive products. This bronzer is huge, and only $7 at Ulta! This is a matte bronzer perfect for contouring or all over bronzer. Since I have a medium skin tone, bronzers don’t tend to be muddy on me, and this one is no exception.

Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo I use dry shampoos a few times a week, so I love when I get them as samples. I got this one in my May birthday haul from Sephora for free using a code. The sample sizes are great because they are small, making them perfect for travel or for tossing in my gym bag. I’m trying to go to the gym more often, so this will definitely come in handy. Plus, I haven’t used any Drybar items but people always rave about them so I’m excited to try them out.

Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum I can’t even remember where I got this serum, but I’ve been saving it since I love Caudalie and didn’t want to use it up…therefore I haven’t used it all…I know, it makes no sense. This oil-free serum improves the appearance of dark spots, promotes even skin tone and boosts radiance.

Tarte Maracuja Oil I actually have owned multiple travel sizes of this oil, and I’m glad I keep finding more samples. This weightless oil absorbs quickly into the skin to soften it without leaving it feeling greasy. After applying, my skin feels really hydrated and not greasy at all, and a little goes a long way- you only need 2-3 drops for your whole face.

What new products are you testing out this month?
