L’Oréal Revitalift Moisturizer Review

PR sample. All opinions are my own.

For 14 days, I participated in the L’Oréal Revitalift Challenge in which I only used the L’Oréal Revitalift Triple Power Deep Acting Moisturizer in both my morning and evening routines. Using hyaluronic acid which can penetrate the skin, this product claims to repair wrinkles.

I am 30, so luckily, I don’t have too many wrinkles yet besides some laugh lines near my eyes. But that doesn’t mean I don’t use skincare products to help prevent more from appearing! I have been seeing mixed reviews on this product, with the majority of them being negative reviews, but I actually liked it! After using for two weeks, I think my skin was softer, smooth and more hydrated. This product overall left my skin glowing, which I really appreciate for the summer months when I don’t wear much makeup.

I would say the biggest con for most people was the really strong floral scent of this moisturizer. The scent reminded me of another product I used to use (I’m still trying to figure out what), and I really liked it. Plus, my skin isn’t sensitive, so it didn’t cause any breakouts like I saw other people experienced. It is a really thick cream, so to prevent looking overly oily, you have to be light-handed with your application.

Even though it is heavily scented and almost too-thick, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this moisturizer. I tend to buy more expensive skincare products, but it’s good to know the drugstore offerings are on par with their more expensive counterparts.
